A boutique brokerage competing against portals with tens of thousands of listings. The concept brief: stop pretending to be a portal. Position on judgement and access, and make every listing page a lead capture that survives being forwarded on WhatsApp.
Design decisions
Listings are presented as a curated shortlist with the broker's reasoning attached — the opposite of infinite filters. Numbers are set in the display face so price and yield read instantly. Share previews are designed, since forwarding is the real distribution channel.
